Well I have no weight change this week. I am the same as last week. While a loss would be much better I am thankful that there has been no gain. I did manage to walk 8 miles last week (when you include the water walking). So that is progress on my part. I am still not being great with my eating. I want to but still chose to make bad decisions. My goal for this next week is to walk more and lose at least one pound.
One day at a time and we will get there.

Looks like we were posting at the same time. You can do it I know you can! Watch your choices and remember it will be worth it in the end. I think if we try to eat healthy and in my case "think before I eat" we could all do better. I have also found if I stick a piece or two of sugarfree gum in my mouth I do better.

Same as me - no wieght loss and no weight gain for hte week. Good job walking. It will show up sooner or later but it will show up. Keep trying. Pam
