I am attributing it to my age - however it could have been the choices I made, but I thought I did really well. I walked 15 miles and thought I did better than a BIG FAT 0. I hope to lose my 3 lbs by Memorial Day but I am going to have to hurry it to get it done. I have been on a BIG FAT 0 for three wks. Stay the course and we will all get it done!!!

your doing good. Walking is good and you are staying the course. Stay with it and know the results will come. We can only take one day at a time - we will get there.
