Up a Pound....
Well my story is the same as the rest. Bad decisions and really not caring about what I am putting in my mouth. I am up a pound! I really need to keep track of what and how much I am eating everyday. My goal for this week is to keep a food journal. I want to know how much I am actually eating. I walked 14.5 miles last week and have already done 5 in the past two days. This week I am going to try and do 15 miles.

Good job walking!! I am co encouraged by all you walking with 3 kids. Keep up the good work.
Lyneil wants to know how you get your walking in with all three small kids!
Good job Paige in the walking. It will show up at some point. Because you and Jennifer do not have as much to lose as the rest of us you konw it is going to come off much slower. The walking is good for the overall health. Keep going. Pam
I have a gym membership with a nursery so I can get a good hour a more in a day. It is my special ALONE time with no children so I really enjoy it:)
