So I'm heading back in the right direction but this progress was for 3 weeks! I totally did not go to the gym for 8 days so that makes it really tough. We have 1 solid week. I must be very conscious of what I am putting in my body and I have to be consistent in working my body. I am proud that here we are in March still talking about working out and eating right. After years and years of bad habits, it is so easy to quite but we are still in the game. Keep it up everybody. Ever day counts and the changes will come in due time. I have it easier than many of you and to see that you all consistently beat me is very impressive and must be motivation for me to jump up and push forward. See you all very soon. I will try to act like I don't like being there so I can be consistent with previous reunions.

You are going in the right direction and there will be hills and valleys. We all go through them. We WILL get there. You WILL enjoy the reunion, I mean how could you not with your wife's family. Pam
AAAHHHH!!! I'm yelling at you. This is my theory...who cares about the past few weeks, months, years. Can't do anything about them. We've got this week. Work hard for this week. It can be done.
Jorge, you may not live up to your end of the bargin, but I am going to hold myself accountable for the 20 pounds I said I would lose. Where are you? Like it or not, I had mono and that really helped...lucky for me...I think. If we don't try, we don't succeed! You have one week to get it off, do what you can. Make it work. Your body will thank you for it every day. Remember, it doesn't end at the FUN reunion. It ends when we reach our final goals and are HEALTHY. Get it in gear...This goes for EVERYONE...me included.
one day at a time. We can't change the past but can make our mark on the furture. I think any and all weight loss is a move in the right direction and this is a marathon not a sprint. I will continue on my plan even after the reunion and my plan is to keep this weight off for a long time to come. You are doing a great job and will continue to feel better with each positive step. Keep up the good work.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I needed the yelling at. I will forget about the past and look to tomorrow...(today sucked..diet wise...not "eating good pork carnitas and fresh flour tortillas" wise)! We have one week to the reunion and will look forward to it. Then we have to work towards the next goal, thong underwear (Amy likes me in the leopard print). Thanks for the push.
